SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

Standard shipping $9.20
Express shipping $12.20

Estimated shipping timeframes as follows:

Standard 2-10 business days
Express 1-2 business days 

Please note, there may be shipping delays due to Covid-19. We are unable to take liability for any external delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Salon:
Shop F1, 15 Covenant Lane Byford.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before visiting to collect.

You will receive a text message from us when your order is ready to collect.

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation to collect.

Please collect within our opening hours of:

Mon 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tue 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wed 9:00am - 8:00pm
Thu 9:00am - 8:00pm (closed at 5:00pm during Winter)
Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sat 8:00am - 3:00pm

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free Local Delivery is available for selected suburbs that are nearby to our salon. Please proceed through the checkout to determine whether you are eligible for Local Delivery. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Your order will be left in a safe place if no one is home to accept delivery.

Frankies Hair Studio is not liable for any orders that may go missing or be damaged when left upon delivery where there is no one home to receive.
